The Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce is celebrating record-breaking success after its April 11 ATV Poker Run drew more than 200 riders, making it the largest poker run in Fairfield Bay history.

Originally projected to attract around 75 participants over 200 riders, the event far exceeded expectations with riders traveling from across Arkansas, including Cabot and Bentonville. Organizers say the strong turnout highlights Fairfield Bay’s growing reputation as a premier destination for off-road enthusiasts.

The event raised over 1000’s of dollars, with proceeds benefiting student scholarships in Shirley, Greers Ferry, and Clinton. Community partners, including the Heart of the Bay Food Pantry, helped support riders during the event.

Local businesses also played a key role, contributing prizes, promotional items, and sponsorships. Mayor Seth Connell shared a message.

Chamber officials say the overwhelming success is positioning Fairfield Bay as the emerging UTV and ATV capital of Arkansas, with plans already underway to grow the event even larger next year.
