A Batesville High School student is being recognized among the top academic achievers in the nation.
Batesville School District announced that Mai Lan Ho has been named a Finalist in the National Merit Scholarship Program, one of the most prestigious academic honors awarded to high school seniors in the United States.
This distinction places Ho among less than 1 percent of students nationwide, highlighting her exceptional academic performance, leadership, and dedication.
School officials say the achievement reflects both individual excellence and the strong academic environment within the district.
