First Community Bank has announced that Tammy Hurley has joined the bank’s marketing team as a business development officer, bringing decades of relationship-building experience and strong ties to the local community.

Hurley recently retired after a 40-year career as a hairdresser, where she built lasting relationships with clients throughout the region. Her long history of customer service and community connection aligns closely with First Community Bank’s commitment to putting people first.
“I am thrilled to be a part of the First Community Bank marketing team and have the opportunity to serve my community in a new way,” Hurley said. “Throughout my career, I’ve valued the relationships I’ve built, and I’m excited to continue serving the people of this community alongside the First Community Bank family.”
In her new role, Hurley will assist with marketing and community outreach initiatives designed to highlight the bank’s strong local presence and customer-focused approach.
Carrie Price, Chief Marketing Officer at First Community Bank, said Hurley’s background and personal connections make her a strong addition to the organization.
“Tammy’s heart for people and her long-standing relationships in our community make her a wonderful addition to our team,” Price said. “She understands the importance of connection and service, and those strengths will serve both our customers and our team well.”
Hurley has been married to her husband Tim Hurley for 29 years. The couple has 2 daughters, Tess Floyd and Abby Hurley, a son-in-law Keegan Floyd, and 1 grandson, Hurley Floyd. The family attends North Heights Church of Christ.
Outside of work, Hurley enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
