Individuals with outstanding warrants issued through Cabot District Court in Cabot, Arkansas have an opportunity to resolve their cases during Amnesty Week running March 9–13, 2026.

Officials say the program will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM at the Cabot Justice Center located at 805 West Main Street, Suite B in Cabot, Arkansas.
Opportunity to Resolve Warrants
The amnesty program applies specifically to Cabot District Court warrants and allows individuals to voluntarily appear before the court to address certain legal matters without immediate incarceration.
Cases eligible for consideration during Amnesty Week may include:
Failure to Appear
Contempt of Non-Payment
Revocation of Probation
Other qualifying court-related warrants
