A Romance man is facing felony charges after prosecutors say he failed to meet legal obligations required under the Sex and Child Offender Registration Act. The case, filed December 18, 2025, lists Paul Justin Haydon, age 37, as the defendant under Case No. 73CR-25-643, with bond set at $12,000.

Court records show Haydon is charged with failure to register or update information as required, a Class C felony, under ACA §12-12-904. Prosecutors allege he did not report changes relating to address, employment, education, or training to the Arkansas Crime Information Center as required for offenders under state law.
The filing also designates Haydon as a habitual offender, meaning he has four or more prior felony convictions, which could increase potential sentencing if convicted.
The alleged violation occurred between July 30, 2025 and November 12, 2025 in White County. The case remains active as court proceedings move forward.
