Despite Negotiation Efforts, White River Health to End Aetna Medicare Advantage Network Coverage in 2026

White River Health has confirmed that Aetna Medicare Advantage will no longer be accepted as an in-network plan after January 31, 2026. The decision follows extensive negotiation efforts, where an agreement could not be reached to continue coverage under the plan.
The change will affect Medicare Advantage beneficiaries using Aetna coverage, though Boeing retirees and select employer-sponsored plans will remain in network. White River Health says it understands the challenges such insurance shifts create and remains committed to assisting patients during the transition.
Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment runs January 1 through March 31, offering eligible Arkansans an opportunity to review coverage options or switch plans if needed.
