Searcy Christian Academy, serving Pre-K through 6th grade, is known for its Biblically based curriculum, use of Abeka core materials, small class sizes, and family-focused environment. Under Williams’s leadership, the school has strengthened its mission of “cultivating leaders to impact the world for Jesus Christ,” emphasizing character development, spiritual formation, and academic excellence.

Her impact reaches beyond academics. In March 2024, Williams helped secure a $40,889 Casey’s “Cash for Classrooms” grant to improve the school’s playground — a project completed in partnership with local students and community supporters.
Parents say Williams’s dedication is unmistakable. “We know our kids are getting an amazing Biblical and academic foundation,” one parent shared.

As NCSA’s Administrator of the Year, Katie Williams is celebrated for her Christ-centered leadership and the positive influence she continues to bring to Searcy Christian Academy and the broader Christian education community.
