First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Cindy Corbit to assistant vice president, merchant services sales and support officer at the bank’s Searcy Main location.
Corbit began her career with First Community Bank in 2008, working as a teller in Bald Knob before moving to Searcy and later the University branch. Over 15 years, she has built a strong reputation for exceptional customer service and leadership.
“It is so easy to do my job because I believe in what I do and whom I work for,” Corbit said. “Customer satisfaction is my main goal because it’s not just First Community Bank’s name out there, it’s mine as well.”
Executive Vice President David Wood praised Corbit’s commitment, calling her “a shining example of what it means to put people first.”
Corbit continues to serve customers at 2401 W. Beebe Capps Expressway, the bank’s Searcy Main branch, which offers convenient lobby and drive-through hours Monday through Saturday.
