First Community Bank “Class Cash” Awards $250 to Cabot Educators for Innovative Classroom Projects

Congratulations to the latest First Community Bank “Class Cash” recipients! Several outstanding educators in Cabot were surprised with $250 grants to bring their creative ideas to life in the classroom.

At Cabot Southside Elementary, Kera Gross (presentation below) will launch her “Car Rider Conversation Cart” to boost social-emotional learning during morning arrival.

Jennifer Landers (presentation below) will connect students across grades through her “Pals with Purpose” pen pal writing program.

At Cabot Junior High North, Matison Toland (presentation below) will introduce new badminton equipment in PE to keep students active and engaged. At Cabot Freshman Academy.

Suzie Yielding (presentation below) will implement a “Class Cash Store” to teach responsibility, budgeting, and self-management.

Thanks to First Community Bank, these teachers can inspire creativity and innovation in Cabot classrooms.
