Harding University Announces 2025 Homecoming Celebration Set for October 30–November 1

Harding University has announced plans for its annual Homecoming celebration, scheduled for October 30–November 1, 2025. The weekend will welcome alumni, students, faculty, staff, and guests back to campus to reconnect with the Harding community and celebrate its lasting traditions and legacy.

“Homecoming is one of the most meaningful times in the life of our community,” said Dr. Mike Williams, president of Harding University. “It’s an opportunity to gather as one Harding family, honor the memories that connect us, and celebrate the future we are building together.”

Homecoming 2025 Highlights

Black & Gold Day — Friday, Oct. 31, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
Hosted by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, this event showcases Harding’s academic programs for prospective students, featuring campus tours, class visits, and opportunities to meet professors and current students.

Homecoming Musical: “The Addams Family” — Friday, Oct. 31 & Saturday, Nov. 1, 7:30 p.m., Benson Auditorium
Harding’s theatre department will present this spooky, family-friendly musical comedy based on Charles Addams’ beloved characters. Tickets are $22 in advance at hardingtickets.com
or $25 at the door. Guests can meet the cast after each performance in the Hammon Student Center.

Bison Football Game — Saturday, Nov. 1, 3 p.m., First Security Stadium
Fans can cheer on the Harding Bisons as they face Oklahoma Baptist University in a key Great American Conference matchup. Pre-game festivities begin at 11:30 a.m. in Bison Park, featuring food trucks, live music, inflatable games, and performances by the Thundering Herd Marching Band.

Additional events include alumni reunions, academic open houses, art shows, concerts, receptions, and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.
