Man Banned From Every Walmart Arrested In Arkansas
Fifty-four-year-old John Wesley Loniak of Harrison, banned from every Walmart in 2021, was arrested on charges of felony commercial burglary, theft of property, and being a habitual offender.
A court affidavit states that in April, Loniak gathered electronic calculators into a cart, placed them in a microwave oven box, and left the store in Batesville.
The next day, he reportedly returned, took the microwave, a hot plate, and tote boxes, and was caught on camera loading them into a Toyota Tundra.
Local police reportedly traced him to his residence.
The allegedly stolen items were valued at nearly $3,000, with court documents noting a similar attempt at Heber Springs Walmart. Bond for Loniak is set at $25,000.
Please note: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
