Rhiannon Dakota Kay Davis, 32, was arrested on May 15, 2025, in Faulkner County. She faces charges of residential burglary and theft of services.

According to case files, the incident reportedly occurred near Gold Lake Club Road, where deputies responded to a possible burglary in progress. Davis and another individual, Shane Rhoads, were reportedly found inside a residential unit without permission.
According to the affidavit, the property manager reported unauthorized individuals in the unit. The owner said no one had permission to be there except a tenant in a separate unit.
Davis admitted to entering the unit to cool off and shower, using electricity and water. She reportedly acknowledged that she lacked permission to be on the property.
Deputies detained four individuals, including Davis, after clearing the residence. Two others were cited for criminal trespass and released.
Davis was booked into the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office at 7:49 p.m. She is charged with a Class B felony for burglary and a Class A misdemeanor for theft.
