It’s an old tradition. For the students, it will be the last time.
The Cabot community is set to honor the Class of 2025 with the annual “Line 89 – Looping Cabot!” event on Friday, May 16. Buses will depart Champs Hall at 8:30 a.m. on April 16th, 2025, carrying seniors on a looping route through the city. It will be one of the last times they ride the bus on that route before they graduate. It’s an old tradition.
Cabot Students To Experience Old Tradition For The Final Time
The route will pass key schools including Cabot High School, Freshman Academy, and Cabot Panther Academy, before heading south on Hwy. 89. It will also loop through Central Elementary, Junior High South, Southside Elementary, and Middle School North.
Community members are invited to line Hwy. 89 and cheer for the graduating seniors. The event aims to celebrate the students’ achievements and show them the town’s support.
The buses will exit Champs Hall, travel along Pine St./Hwy. 89, and make turns onto Lillie St., Bellamy St., and North Lincoln St. The route continues via Hwy. 321 W. to US 67/167, looping back through South 2nd St. and Hwy. 38 (Circle K).
After passing over the overpass, the buses will return to Cabot High School via North Lincoln St. Residents are encouraged to join in and make the send-off memorable for the Class of 2025.
