Some very disturbing allegations out of Fulton County, Arkansas.
On April 7, 2025, Victor Edward Watson, a 24-year-old white male from Thayer, Missouri, was arrested at 10:39 AM in Fulton County, Arkansas according to Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. He faces charges stemming from an allegedly violent incident on March 24, 2025 reportedly involving breaking into someone’s home and getting into a struggle involving a minor.
Arrest Made In Case Involving 3-Year-Old
The charges include aggravated residential burglary, third-degree battery, aggravated assault on a family or household member, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. These charges were filed after deputies responded to an alleged domestic disturbance at a home on Hwy 9 North outside Mammoth Spring.
According to the affidavit, Edward Watson and Lisa Watson unlawfully entered the residence of Savannah Britton and David Bozarth around 11 PM on March 24. Watson allegedly pinned Britton to a bed, head-butted Bozarth, and threw a speaker at him, causing injuries.
During the chaos, Lisa Watson reportedly attempted to flee with a 3-year-old child, who witnessed the incident. Britton managed to retrieve the child, but the minor was reportedly exposed to the traumatic environment.
Watson fled the scene before deputies arrived but was later apprehended. A warrant for his arrest was issued after a finding of probable cause by Prosecuting Attorney Drew Smith on March 26, 2025.
He is currently held on a $20,000 bond for each set of charges, totaling $40,000.
The case will proceed in the Circuit Court of Fulton County, Arkansas, as Watson awaits trial.
