, , Comments Off on Walmart Suspect Fled On Foot In Searcy After Police Arrived

On Sunday, February 9th, around 2:45pm, Searcy Police Officers were called to Wal-Mart Supercenter to remove a subject causing a disturbance.

On arrival Searcy Officers located the subject, later identified as Taylor Ware (29 years of age / Searcy, AR), and informed her she was being trespassed at the request of management.

Ware was uncooperative with Officers and wouldn’t give them her name.

As Officers worked to identify her, she took off on foot attempting to flee.

Ware was quickly apprehended after a brief foot chase.

Ware was taken into custody and transported to the White County Jail for booking on charges of Fleeing and Obstruction of Governmental Operations.

It was discovered Ware had an outstanding warrant out of Indiana as well.

Please note: All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
