One of the largest cable companies in the state, Optimum, it threatening to pull KARK News from being offered to its cable television subscribers. They are in the middle of negotiations with the network currently. According to KARK, “OPTIMUM is playing games, putting you, their customer, in the middle.”

Optimum, owned by Altice USA, ranks as the fourth largest cable provider in the U.S.
They’re threatening to pull the plug on KARK 4 News. If the contract currently in place expires, KARK says that local news and NBC network programs and other hit shows, including:

As a result, KARK reports that “OPTIMUM may force KARK off your line-up, and important programming you pay for could disappear!”
