Three Arkansans suffered serious injuries when their vehicles collided head-on in Ozark County, Missouri. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened at 7:45 p.m. Monday on U.S. Highway 160. The accident occurred 15 miles east of Gainesville in Ozark County.
According to information in the crash report, 24-year-old Blaine S. Tillis of Lakeview was westbound. His 1999 Chevy Silverado crossed the center line and struck an eastbound 2014 GMC Terrain driven by Angela Adams of Searcy. Adams was flown to Cox South Hospital in Springfield with serious injuries.
Ambulances took her passenger, Mark Adams, and Tillis to Ozark Healthcare in West Plains. The report says both men suffered serious injuries. MSHP said all three were wearing their seat belts at the time of the collision.
