According to Arkansas Times, Cotton is on Donald Trump’s short list for possible 2024 vice presidential candidates. He’s even reportedly near the top of the list.

Senator Tom Cotton’s rise to the top of Trump’s 2024 shortlist comes amid speculation he’s also looking at 4 other candidates, including:
- North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum

- Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina
- Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio
The FBI Was Called Over Possible Threat Against Tom Cotton
Senator Cotton has long been the subject of political threats and hostility.
We recently reported that the FBI was notified after a veiled threat was reportedly made against the U.S. Senator’s life on social media. Photographs of a ghost gun were allegedly used to imply they should be used on him.
