Giant Landslide In Arkansas Leaves Both Sides Of Highway Blocked

It’s a landslide so big that it blocked a highway in Arkansas.

According to 4029Tv, a giant landslide just blocked a major highway in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Both directions of the road have been closed as a result.

Giant Landslide Hits Bella Vista Highway

Both sides of Highway 340 in Bella Vista have been shut down. The Arkansas Department of Transportation confirmed the bad news.

The event happened south of Lake Avalon.

The mudslide reported happened after the wave of bad weather including tornadoes that ripped across Arkansas. Governor Sarah Huckabee herself is on the ground to assess the situation after the storms in parts of the state.
