According to a Fox affiliate oulet, the United States should brace for record-breaking hurricane weather this year. A large number of storms are expected to hit the Gulf Coast this year.
“Hyperactive” Hurricane Weather Expected
Weather forecasters at the University of Pennsylvania have just issued a prediction, saying that it will be a record hurricane season for 2024.
The announcement came on on Thursday, declaring that a “hyperactive” is to be expected.
The researchers’ best estimate suggests that there will be around 33 storms, the most of any forecast in the 15-year history of the project.
It suggests that more bad weather is likely this year.
