Police are searching for a suspect wanted in connection to an alleged terroristic act in Arkansas.
The Pine Bluff Police Department announced a search for Terry Levell Milner on April 1, 2025. He is wanted for 1st Degree Battery and a Terroristic Act committed on March 30, 2025. You can view the suspect’s photograph below.
Search Underway In Arkansas After Alleged Terroristic Act
Milner, a 23-year-old male (pictured below), is 6’1″ tall and weighs 190 pounds. Authorities released his details to help the public identify him.
A Be On the Lookout (BOLO) notice was issued by the Detective Office on April 1st. They are asking for urgent assistance in tracking down the suspect.
