A disturbing discovery was made in East Arkansas Regional Unit.
According to the Arkansas Times, a prisoner was found hanging in the prison at 1:33 am. Prison staff were the last people to see him alive.
Suicide Reported
Quintton Allen was just 33 years old when he was found in his prison cell hanging in what is being called a “suicide.”
This suicide represents the fourth one to allegedly happen at this prison so far this year. It’s only April!
There were a whopping 8 suicides in the prison last year.
An investigation into the mysterious death is underway by Arkansas State Police and the Division of Correction.
