Police booked a 55-year-old woman from Searcy, Arkansas into jail.
She’s accused of driving while intoxicated, a first offense. However, a minor was also reportedly endangered according to charges reported by White County Sheriff’s Office.
Woman Slapped With Charges Involving Minor and DWI
Bobby Jean Harris, a 55-year-old from Searcy, AR, was arrested on December 7, 2024, at 6:46 PM.
She faces charges including Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 2nd Degree and DWI 1st Offense.
Additional charges include Refusal to Submit and Open Container.
Her bond totals $3,000 across all charges.
Harris is scheduled to appear in court on January 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM.
