A Heber Springs man is facing serious felony charges following his arrest by the Heber Springs Police Department.
According to jail records, 47-year-old Charles James Woodam was booked into custody on April 30, 2026, at approximately 3:56 PM.
Authorities say Woodam faces charges of pandering or possession of child pornography, along with a second charge alleging the alteration, destruction, suppression, removal, or concealment of records or documents with the purpose of impairing an investigation.
Records show Woodam’s bond was set at $200,000. His original court appearance is scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 9 AM.
