The White County Fair is underway in Searcy with a full week of carnival rides, livestock and youth activities, live entertainment, motorsports and rodeo action at the White County Fairgrounds.
The fair continues through Saturday with events scheduled each day.
Monday is Dollar Night, with $1 admission and $1 rides. Gates and buildings open at 4 PM, and the Pony Show begins at 4.
Tuesday features an Armband Night at the carnival from 5 to 9 PM, with armbands available for $30. Memphis Yahoos are scheduled to perform at 7 PM.
Wednesday is FFA & 4-H Day and FCCLA Day, along with another carnival Armband Night from 5 to 9 PM.
Thursday is Senior Citizen and Veterans Day, with free admission from 9 until 11 AM. Thursday evening features autocross at 6:30, country artist Andy Griggs at 7:30, and the Junior Youth Rodeo in the arena.
Friday brings MWFA Demolition Derby and Round Track action at 6:30 PM, live entertainment from Midnight South at 7 PM, and the first of 2 nights of PRCA Rodeo action at 7 PM.
Fans headed to Friday night football games can also stop by afterward for 5th Quarter carnival fun from 10 PM until 1 AM.
Saturday is the final day of the fair.
Carnival armbands will be available from 1 until 5 PM, followed by the demolition derby at 6:30 PM and the final night of PRCA Rodeo action at 7 PM.
Throughout the week, visitors can also enjoy the carnival, exhibits, animal shows, food vendors and other fair attractions.
