He’s wanted for a homicide in Arkansas.

Police Think They Have Their Man
Jimmy Ruff, wanted in a June 6 capital murder in Pine Bluff, is now in custody in Baton Rouge.
Pine Bluff detectives and the Violent Crime Apprehension Team traced him to a residence there after persistent investigative work.
U.S. Marshals surrounded the home and called him out. Ruff surrendered without incident.
He is being held pending extradition and faces capital murder, multiple aggravated assault charges, and firearm possession by a prohibited person.
Police thanked the Marshals Service and community members whose tips helped investigators.
