A Searcy County man is facing multiple felony charges following a multi-year investigation by the Arkansas State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

According to a probable cause affidavit released last week, 33-year-old Richard Allan Bradley of Marshall was arrested on 12-10-2025 after investigators received cyber tips submitted to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children beginning in 2022.
Authorities say online service providers flagged accounts allegedly connected to Bradley, prompting a series of search warrants for electronic accounts and digital devices as part of the investigation.
Agents executed a search warrant at Bradley’s residence on Pruitt Drive in Marshall on the morning of 12-10-2025. Multiple cellular phones and electronic devices were seized during the search.
According to the affidavit, Bradley initially told investigators during a post-Miranda interview that the online accounts had been hacked. Investigators state he later acknowledged communicating online with at least 1 individual before requesting an attorney. He was then taken into custody and transported to the Searcy County Jail.
On 12-10-2025 and 12-15-2025, agents gained access to multiple seized devices using passcodes provided by Bradley. Upon extraction of the contents, investigators reported discovering multiple instances of child sexual abuse material.
Court records show Bradley is charged with possession or use of child sexual abuse material, a Class B felony, with prosecutors listing 40 counts connected to the investigation.
Bradley remains in the Searcy County Jail awaiting future court proceedings.
