Author and former Searcy resident Mike Allen will join Todd Scott on ArkansasRadio.com to discuss his new true crime book, The Abduction of Mrs Ruby Lowery Stapleton, which examines White County’s oldest unsolved crime.
Allen is also widely known as the co-author of A Murder in Searcy, a gripping account of a tragic killing that stunned the community and drew statewide attention.

The new book revisits the mysterious abduction of Mrs. Ruby Lowery Stapleton, a case that has remained unsolved for decades in White County. Allen is a graduate of Harding University and the son of noted evangelist, author, and longtime Harding professor, Jimmy Allen.
