The Pediatrics Plus Farm Grand Opening in Kensett was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony and special remarks from French Hill.
Located at 1220 Whitney Lane in Kensett, the new farm-based therapy setting offers occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis services designed to support the whole child through engaging, hands-on experiences.
During the ceremony, Congressman Hill addressed attendees, highlighting the importance of innovative health care services in rural Arkansas communities. Guests then enjoyed lunch and guided tours of the property.
The farm environment allows children to develop skills through outdoor play, gardening, and interaction with animals including horses, pigs, and chickens. Organizers say the setting is designed to build confidence, encourage growth, and provide meaningful real-life learning opportunities.
Community members expressed excitement about the positive impact the new facility will have on children and families across White County and the surrounding region.
