According to the Attorney General’s Office, special agents with the Special Investigations Division arrested Diego Santana Juarez, 19, of Conway, after receiving a cybertip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
Agents executed a search warrant at Juarez’s residence, seized multiple electronic devices, and reportedly uncovered sufficient evidence to file 30 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a minor, also referred to as Child Sexual Abuse Materials.
Juarez was taken into custody and booked into the Faulkner County Detention Center.
The Attorney General’s Office credited assistance from Homeland Security Investigations and the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
Griffin stated that protecting Arkansas’s children and ensuring justice for victims remains a top priority.
