AgHeritage Farm Credit Services announced it will return $10.1 million in profit sharing to eligible customer-owners in February through its Patronage Program, marking the 20th consecutive year the organization has distributed a portion of its net earnings back to its members.

Since 2006, AgHeritage has returned a total of $96.65 million to eligible customer-owners through the program, supporting the long-term sustainability of rural communities across its service area.

“This program has, for two decades, supported the economic health and long-term sustainability of the rural communities in our service area,” said Greg Cole, president and chief executive officer of AgHeritage Farm Credit Services. “By returning margins, we inject capital directly into local economies, which benefits not only farmers but also small businesses and infrastructure.”

AgHeritage officials say the annual patronage distribution helps strengthen local economies by keeping dollars circulating within agricultural communities and supporting continued growth across rural Arkansas.
