The Ozark Folk Center State Park has announced its full schedule of 2026 music events, bringing a packed season of concerts, workshops, festivals, and championship competitions to Mountain View from April through October.

The season opens April 18 with the Committee of 100 Spring Next Generation Concert during the Arkansas Folk Festival, highlighting youth string bands and veteran folk musicians.
From April 23–25, the annual Dulcimer Jamboree Workshops return, followed by championship concerts April 24–25 featuring nationally recognized dulcimer performers and three regional contests.
Memorial Day weekend will feature the Homecoming Hootenanny on May 22–23, showcasing local and touring artists. June 19–20 brings the highly anticipated John Prine Folk Festival, celebrating the legendary songwriter with performances by his family and friends.
Other highlights include a July 18 celebrity concert featuring Sam Bush, the August 8 Arkansas State Fiddle and Banjo Championships, the August 21–22 Bluegrass and Fried Chicken Festival, a September 12 concert by The Pine Leaf Boys, the October 9–10 Stringband Music and Arts Festival, and the Fall Next Generation Concert on October 24 during the Bean Festival.
Tickets and workshop registration are available online, with reserved seating concerts going on sale four months prior to each event.
