John 3:16 Ministries has announced a live, in-person industrial restaurant equipment auction on January 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., located inside the Hall of Industry Building at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds, 2600 Howard Street, Little Rock. A preview day will be offered January 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The sale features items from multiple restaurant liquidations, including commercial coolers, freezers, ovens, fryers, ice makers, induction cookers, food warmers, prep tables, ranges and more. Most equipment will sell absolute — as-is, where-is, with all items required to be removed the same day. The only exception is a Henny Penny 4-Well Fryer, which will carry a reserve.
Inventory lists show high-value pieces such as Spaceman Ice Cream Machines, Blizzard Mix-In machines, Pitco gas fryers, Manitowoc ice machines, Hamilton Beach equipment, commercial prep tables and refrigerators, and Vollrath cheese melters, along with dozens of additional food-service assets.
