The Ozark Institute of Regional Museum (OIRM) celebrated a highly productive work day as board members came together to refresh and enhance the museum grounds. Volunteers cleaned and replanted the front beds, added new shrubs, and relocated native plants to create a more welcoming and vibrant landscape.

A special thank-you goes to Doug Brodie of Earth Station Nursery, who generously donated the shrubs used in the project.

Additional upgrades—including bulbs, pansies, and an improved sprinkler system—were donated in memory of Kenneth W. Gerhardt, father of board member Kenny Gerhardt. His family and friends funded these contributions, creating a meaningful tribute that will beautify the museum for years to come.

Those pictured include Kenny Gerhardt, Carolyn Buchanan, Amanda Crider, James Sturch, Lucy Yeager, Amy Murphree, and Dr. Jason Kennedy.
Also contributing behind the scenes were Julie Reves and Brian Coltharp.

OIRM expressed deep appreciation for everyone who worked together to make the day a success.
