The Independence County community, including the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce, came together to celebrate the ribbon-cutting and grand opening of the Chad Rampley ARcare Clinic at John 3:16 Ministries in Charlotte, located at 446 Old Camp Road. John 3:16 Ministries Founder Bryan Tuggle, ARcare President and CEO Dr. Steven Collier both spoke at the event, highlighting the clinic’s mission to provide comprehensive, compassionate healthcare.
Attendees toured the new facility, which features four exam rooms, a telehealth room, behavioral health services, a laboratory, and administrative offices. Officials also announced plans for an on-site dental clinic behind the current building.
