The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) released its October 2025 General Revenue Report, showing continued economic strength and higher-than-expected tax collections across multiple categories.
According to the DFA’s Economic Analysis and Tax Research Division, net available general revenues totaled $503.5 million, up 2.9 percent from last year and 3.4 percent above forecast.
Year-to-date, Arkansas revenues reached $2.26 billion, exceeding projections by $90.5 million or 4.2 percent. Strong sales and use tax collections—up 3.3 percent year-to-date—and solid corporate income tax performance helped offset slightly lower individual income tax results.

The Educational Adequacy Fund, which supports Arkansas schools, collected $63.7 million in October, up 5.4 percent from last year.
