The Searcy Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and the Central Arkansas Drug Task Force (CADTF) acted on complaints about drug activity and human trafficking in Kensett, AR. They have announced a special arrest in their investigation.

Their investigation led to the arrest of Charles Leroy Arnold, a 69-year-old resident. Following complaints, CADTF secured search warrants for Arnold’s residence.
Evidence was reportedly seized, resulting in his arrest on multiple charges.
Arnold faces four counts of Trafficking of Persons, a Class A Felony, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), a Class D Felony, and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence, also a Class D Felony.
The investigation remains active, with more charges and arrests expected.
