Harless Fleming III, a 25-year-old from Bremen, Ohio, was arrested on July 4, 2025, facing serious charges. He is accused of engaging children in sexually explicit conduct and sexual solicitation of a child. Reportedly an underaged young boy.
Arkansas Man Reportedly Coerced Underage Boy Into Sharing Explicit Photos
According to case files, the investigation began after authorities in Arkansas received consent to search a phone linked to the case. Detectives found evidence of inappropriate communication between Fleming and a minor, identified as KM, from Conway, Arkansas.
On April 28, 2023, Faulkner County detectives executed a search warrant at Fleming’s residence.
They reportedly observed a female leaving the premises before entering and confronting Fleming, who agreed to speak with them.KM reported that Fleming coerced him into sending explicit images, threatening to involve the police or visit Conway. The minor stated the interactions occurred online, with Fleming commenting on the images.
The affidavit, sworn on June 16, 2023, was accepted by Deputy Prosecutor Megan, confirming reasonable grounds for the charges. Fleming remains in custody, with his case pending further legal proceedings.
