Randy L. Cessor, a 33-year-old from Pine Bluff, was driving a 2025 Harley Davidson westbound. He veered off the road and struck a tree on the north side.
Cessor was ejected from the motorcycle before hitting the tree, according to Arkansas State Police. He was transported to Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
The crash resulted in Cessor’s death, marking a tragic loss in the community. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident.
