He’s been re-arrested amid the ongoing case involving photographs allegedly extorted from a 12-year-old child.
Raymond Anthony Tucker, a 42-year-old white male from Kensett, Arkansas, was arrested on April 2, 2025, at 5:26 PM. He faces serious charges related to sexual misconduct involving minors. Tucker was allegedly in possession of photographs of a 12-year-old child that was extorted into making explicit material. White County Man Re-Arrested In Ongoing Battle
Tucker is charged with second-degree sexual assault, a felony offense. Additionally, he faces a count of sexual indecency with a child.
According to case files, Tucker was arrested earlier, last year after explicit photographs of children were found.
Tucker cell phone was seized.
According to case files:
“During the initial examination of Tucker’s cell phone multiple images of juvenile female children, approximately 5-12 years old were located.”
One of the children was reportedly extorted into making the photos, according to one of the investigators:
“At least one of the images located I’ve seen in prior investigations. The child in this image was extorted for some time and has been identified. When the images of this particular juvenile were taken, the victim was 12 years old.”
Ongoing Legal Trouble
A minor charge of failing to pay a fine was also listed against Tucker. This carries a bond of $150, separate from the larger bond for his other charges.
His total bond is set at $75,150, reflecting the gravity of the allegations. Tucker remains in custody pending his court appearances.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 3, 2025, at 9:00 AM for two of his charges. A third hearing is set for June 10, 2025, at 1:30 PM.
The case has drawn attention due to the nature of the crimes alleged. Authorities have not released further details at this time.
