The reason?
A tree was reportedly blown onto the main power line going into the city due to high winds. The Fairfield Bay Police Department and Petit Jean Electric quickly sent teams to the resolve the situation. The Mayor Issued an update with Lake Area Weekly regarding the incident.
High Winds Causes Power Outage After Tree Falls In Fairfield Bay
The incident happened in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas on March 19th in the morning.
Petit Jean Electric crews and the Fairfield Bay Police Department were notified after a power outage hit the city.
