The Pine Bluff Police Department is searching for 48-year-old James Insley, wanted for aggravated assault and second-degree battery. He’s described as 5’7” tall and weighing approximately 160 lbs. You can view his photograph below, provided by police.

Police Say They’re Looking For Man After Reportedly Violent Incident

Insley was last known to reside in the 1200 block of Olive Street in Pine Bluff. Police say he drives a vehicle matching the one shown in a photo released by the department.
