Hydrick sent explicit messages to an undercover agent posing as a minor, discussing marriage and sexual acts.
He also sent a photo of his genitals during the online conversation.
Hydrick was apprehended at his home and admitted to his actions in a statement to investigators.
He faces charges of Internet Stalking of a Child and Use of a Communication Device, both felonies.
