First it happened in October. Now it’s reportedly happened again.

The Jacksonville Police Department is requesting assistance in locating Taivein Cox, who is only 12 years old, who has been missing since January 27, 2025. This isn’t the first time the police in Jacksonville have reported Cox missing as a “runaway.”

12-Year-Old Goes Missing In Jacksonville

Cox is 12 years old, 5’0″, 150 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with dark blue sweat pants with a gray stripe down the leg.

Cox’s hair is described as a small afro with shaved sides.

Not The First Time

Cox was reported missing in October 17th, 2024 as well. The incident was also reported as a “runaway” situation.

At the time of the previous disappearance, he wore a green shirt, gray pants, and white shoes.

It’s not known what led to the minor missing.
