On November 22nd, the Searcy Walmart Supercenter will donate $5,000 to the Searcy Head Start program. This grant will help purchase essential supplies for safe and healthy educational programs.
Searcy Head Start falls under the Community Action Program for Central Arkansas (CAPCA), which provides comprehensive services including early education and family support.
CAPCA aims to combat poverty by revitalizing low-income areas and empowering individuals towards self-sufficiency.
The funds will be used to acquire materials enhancing teaching efficiency and promoting student health.
The ceremony for the grant will be held on Friday, November 22, 202 at 9:00 a.m.
It will be located at CAPCA Head Start, 610 N. Moss Street, Searcy, AR 72143.
