Photographs show a scary malfunction happened right outside of Bentonville, Arkansas city limits.
Photos emerged online after a semi-truck hauling multiple vehicles was crushed after one of the cars on top of the trailer it was hauling shifted and rolled onto the driver’s cab. So far, no cause has been confirmed. Multiple speculative stories are circulating about what happened.

Photos emerged of the malfunction. It supposedly happened at the Intersection in front of Sam’s gas, heading west.
The person who photographed the incident says it looks like the semi’s load shifted. Evens like this usually happen because the cargo wasn’t strapped down correctly.
A tow truck was reportedly called to the scene. It’s not known if there were any injuries.
