Fleeing Suspect Caught In Searcy, Arkansas
Searcy Police initiated a traffic stop on a gold 2006 Toyota Camry around 11am on November 8th for a minor violation.
The driver, Jarrod Blood, 35, instead of stopping, accelerated north on Main Street, leading officers on a reckless chase.
After crashing his vehicle, Blood attempted to escape on foot into a wooded area near the crash site.
Assisted by Arkansas Game & Fish Wildlife Officers and their tracking dog, Blood was quickly apprehended in the woods.
Blood faces charges including felony fleeing, various traffic violations, and has an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court.
