A devastating crash scene near Huntsville, Arkansas.
On Friday, November 8th at 3:12 PM, the Hardin Fire Department (HFD) was dispatched to aid in a severe crash on Highway 412. Huntsville Fire Department released photos of the scene after they responded as well.
Semi-Truck Accident On Arkansas Highway
HFD worked alongside Marble Volunteer Fire Department and Madison County EMS at the scene west of Marble.
The departments managed patient care and prepared a landing zone for Air Evac.
One victim was airlifted to Springfield for urgent care, while another was transported by ambulance locally.
