A business owner in Jacksonville, Arkansas has been arrested.
The owner of Alon gas station named Yadwinder Singh was arrested by police after authorities discovered multiple gambling machines in the building. The case is State V Yadwinder Singh, case ID: JAC-24-2029.
Owner Pleads “Not Guilty”
Yadwinder Singh appeared in a video arraignment hearing in the Jacksonville courtroom on October 21st.
He pled “NOT GUILTY” to 2 offenses. The offenses were:
- “Keeping a gambling house.”
- “Keeping a gambling device.”
This comes after police conducted a search warrant at the same location in September.
