A fire investigation is underway.
According to local reports, an investigation is underway to learn the cause of a mysterious fire that broke out at the Ozark Folk Center State Park on October 2nd. The flames were large and equipment was destroyed.
Fire Under Investigation
The Ozark Folk Center State Park is in Mountain View. On October 2nd, flames engulfed a small shed as firefighters and police officers responded to the situation.
Photos released by Stone County Leader show the flames appearing to be larger than most of the vehicles present. It was no small fire.
Three engines and 10 firefighters responded to the situation.
Park Official John Morrow has confirmed that an official investigation is underway. They’re not sure what caused it.
